Multicultural Classroom Management: Strategies, Inclusion & Digital Integration

Course Description

This training course is designed to support teachers in developing effective intercultural classroom strategies for managing behaviour and use digital tools for inclusion.

Unlike general inclusive teaching training, this course combines classroom management, inclusion, and digital learning into one. Teachers will learn how to manage behaviour in multicultural classrooms, respond to conflict situations, and create structured learning environments that support all students. The focus will be on communication barriers, student engagement, and culturally responsive classroom practices.

Digital tools are also integrated throughout the course to enhance inclusion and participation. For instance, teachers will learn how to use ICT solutions to reduce language barriers and improve collaboration. As a result, participants will be able to design more accessible and engaging learning experiences.

This course is suitable for educators working in multicultural or multilingual environments and is eligible as an Erasmus+ teacher training course. The content will be adapted to participants' needs and school type (primary, secondary, VET).
