Course Description
This summer English for professionals course prepares educators and school staff for work or study mobilities in English‑speaking environments. Through simulations of meetings, email writing and presentations, participants practise language and etiquette needed in professional settings. Sessions cover grammar and vocabulary for meetings, reporting and teamwork, with digital tools (Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn) integrated into exercises. Cultural visits help participants understand Irish workplace habits and social norms, and afternoon outings provide real‑life contexts for networking and communication practice.

Accommodation & Meals
- Stay in Comfort: Accommodation options include single rooms in university halls or selected 3-star hotels (subject to availability).
- Meals: Meals are not included in the standard package, but Bed & Breakfast options are available upon request.

Assessment and Certificates
Assessment of performance will be through delegate-completed portfolio of work. The final course certification for successful completion is a college-issued “Course Certificate of Completion”, for each module studied. In addition, where applicable, delegates will receive relevant EuroPass certificates.
