Course Description
This Project Based Learning Teacher Training course provides a practical and comprehensive introduction to Project-Based Learning (PBL) as an active, student-centred teaching methodology that promotes deeper learning, collaboration, creativity, and sustained student engagement across different educational contexts. Furthermore, the course is designed for educators who want to confidently implement PBL in their classrooms while creating meaningful, real-world learning experiences that align with curriculum goals and learner needs.
In addition, this training is suitable for primary, secondary, and VET educators, and it supports participants in developing a structured understanding of how to design, manage, and evaluate project-based learning effectively in everyday classroom practice. Moreover, teachers will explore how to build engaging project frameworks, facilitate inquiry-based learning processes, and guide students through collaborative tasks that strengthen critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Throughout the programme, participants will also focus on practical implementation strategies, including lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and assessment design, while ensuring that learning remains student-driven and relevant to real-life contexts. As a result, educators will leave the course with a complete roadmap for integrating Project-Based Learning confidently into their teaching practice and adapting it to different student groups and subject areas.
