Course Description
Our Erasmus+ teacher training course focuses on what happens after an inclusive lesson has been planned: how the teacher explains, models, questions, groups, monitors and adjusts teaching while the lesson is taking place. Participants explore how everyday delivery decisions can widen access and participation or unintentionally recreate barriers for diverse learners.
The course provides a comprehensive overview and practical testing of different inclusive teaching methods, including explicit instruction, modelling, experiential learning, cooperative learning and blended learning. They learn to select and combine approaches according to the learning goal, subject, age group, learner variability, available resources and the level of guidance students need.
The course starts from the principles for inclusive lesson delivery. Participants will analyse classroom scenarios to identify moments when instructions, teacher talk, pacing, grouping or expectations either support or exclude learners.
It will then move into exploring and comparing the strengths and limitations of different teaching methodologies. Participants map methods to learning purposes and design a balanced classroom delivery plan.
Through scenario-based sessions, teachers will also practice strategies to respond to confusion, silence, domination, disengagement and unexpected barriers by adjusting explanation, support, grouping or timing without abandoning the learning goal.
By the end of this course, participants will have a personal delivery framework and an implementation plan of inclusive teaching methods for improving future lessons.
The course is suitable for primary, secondary, vocational and adult-education teachers, special education staff, trainers and school leaders. It is particularly relevant to professionals seeking Erasmus+ teacher training in innovative teaching methods and inclusive classroom management. The course will be adapted to participants’ subjects, experience and educational contexts.

Assessment and Certificates
Assessment of performance will be through delegate-completed portfolio of work. The final course certification for successful completion is a college-issued “Course Certificate of Completion”, for each module studied. In addition, where applicable, delegates will receive relevant EuroPass certificates.
