Course Description
Artificial Intelligence doesn’t have to be complicated. Our beginner AI course for Non-Techy Teachers is designed specifically for educators with little or no technical background who want to understand and confidently use AI in simple, practical ways.
This supportive and accessible course removes the jargon and introduces AI in clear, straightforward language. Participants will discover what AI is, how tools like ChatGPT work, and how these technologies can save time, support creativity, and make teaching easier.
This is a beginner AI course, so no technical expertise is required. The course focuses on hands-on exploration, confidence building, and practical applications for everyday educational tasks such as lesson planning, idea generation, content creation, and productivity.
Participants will also learn about safe and responsible use of AI while gaining the confidence to engage with educational technology without feeling overwhelmed.
This course is suitable for all educators, as it will be adapted to their needs and school type (early childhood, primary, secondary, VET).

Assessment and Certificates
Assessment of performance will be through delegate-completed portfolio of work. The final course certification for successful completion is a college-issued “Course Certificate of Completion”, for each module studied. In addition, where applicable, delegates will receive relevant EuroPass certificates.
