Erasmus+ Youth Deadlines – Youth Mobilities and Youth Projects

In the youth field, the Erasmus+ Programme offers opportunities to implement local projects and international mobilites targeting young people (aged 13-30), youth workers, staff and members of organisations active in the youth field.

Erasmus+ School Deadlines – Teacher Training, Student Mobilities and School Projects

Projects under the Erasmus+ School Field supports profesional development for school leaders, school teachers and school staff, as well as mobilities for pupils in pre-primary, primary and secondary education. This year, the new initiative “European Partnerships in School Development” has been added, offering more opportunities for schools to improve the quality of teaching and learning through cross-border collaboration.

Erasmus+ VET Deadlines – Mobilities, Apprentices and Strategic Partnerships

VET institutions can apply for projects targeting VET apprentices and students, as well as professionals, trainers and staff of VET organisations and enterprises.

The Erasmus+ Programme support initiatives for the upskilling of trainers, staff and learners in non-vocational adult education.

Erasmus+ Higher Education Deadlines

The deadline for higher education are the following:

Erasmus+ Accredition Deadlines

Erasmus accreditation is a tool for organisations in the youth field, school, VET and adult education to gain simplified access to Key Action 1 funding opportunities.

The deadline for Erasmus+ accreditation for all four fields is the 29th September 2026 at 12 pm CET (Midday Brussel Time).

Which Key Action Is For You?

Key Action 1: Learning mobility of individuals

Learning mobility opportunities aim to encourage the mobility of students, staff, trainees, apprentices, youth workers and young people.

The role of the organisations in this process is to organise these opportunities for individuals. The benefits for the organisations include an increased capacity to operate at an international level, improved management skills, access to more funding opportunities and projects, increased ability to prepare, manage, and follow-up projects, a more attractive portfolio of opportunities for students and staff at participating organisations, the opportunity to develop innovative projects with partners from around the world.

Key Action 2: Cooperation among organisations and institutions

The cooperation among organisations and institutions is expected to result in the development, transfer and/or implementation of innovative practices at organisational, local, regional, national or European levels.

Key Action 3: Support for policy reform

Opportunities under this Key Action contribute to supporting the overall EU policy agenda, the Education and Training 2020 cooperation framework, and the Youth Strategy.

Organisations will contribute to improving the quality of education, training, and youth systems in Europe, as well as promoting transnational learning and cooperation between authorities. They will also contribute to developing the basis for evidence based policy-making, as well as supporting networks and tools for policy implementation.

Organisations will also contribute to improving the involvement of young people in democratic life and their engagement with politicians.
